Children are among the most affected victims of crimes against humanity yet their experiences are often overlooked in international justice systems. With support from War Child Alliance, Similar Ground is implementing an advocacy and child-centred justice initiative aimed at ensuring that the new International Convention on Crimes Against Humanity explicitly protects children, recognizes their unique experiences, and guarantees justice that is safe, accessible, and child-friendly. This initiative aligns with global efforts led by the Children and Crimes Against Humanity Coalition and contributes to shaping international law that truly reflects children’s rights and realities.
