Fairness meets Justices
Similar Ground is a refugee-led organization founded and led by youth, dedicated to empowering refugee children and young people. Established in late 2020, it was inspired by a group of youth who had participated in a Youth Advocacy project in Bidibidi. We design and run programs that create safe and supportive spaces where children and youth can learn, grow, and thrive regardless of their circumstances. Our work focuses on building resilience, nurturing potential, and fostering positive change in their lives. By providing children, adolescents, and youth with an environment of safety, stability, and opportunities, we help them shape brighter futures for themselves and their communities.
