Every Child Deserves Emotional Support and a Safe Space to Heal, Even in Crisis.
Children living in refugee settlements often face fear, loss, and uncertainty because of the crises they have experienced. These challenges can leave deep emotional scars, affecting their ability to grow, learn, and thrive.
We believe that every child deserves emotional support and a safe space where they can heal and feel like children again. That’s why we create safe spaces where children can play, learn, and connect with others in a supportive environment.
What we do
Emotional and Psychological Support
Refugee children often face emotional and psychological challenges because of what they have been through. We provide support to help them heal and feel safe. This includes listening to their feelings, helping them manage stress, and teaching them skills to cope with their experiences.
Safe Spaces for Children
We create safe spaces where children can feel secure and protected. These spaces are free from harm and allow children to play, learn, and connect with others. In these safe spaces, children receive care and support, giving them a sense of normalcy and hope.
Creative and Recreational Activities
We use creative activities to help children express themselves and have fun. Programs like TeamUp and Music for Social Change bring children together through movement, dance, and music, helping them build friendships and reduce stress. These activities also promote teamwork, joy, and emotional healing for children in refugee communities.
Psychosocial Education
We teach children, parents, and caregivers about mental health and emotional well-being. Through simple lessons, we help them understand how to handle stress, build resilience, and support one another. This knowledge strengthens families and communities, creating a supportive environment for children to grow and thrive.
